Ditsch USA, the U.S. branch of German bakery group Ditsch, announced last fall a major expansion in the Cincinnati region. The expansion includes a building purchase and renovation, adding fully automated bakery production lines and increasing industrial freezer storage capacity. In addition, the company has made a commitment to bring 150 new jobs to the area within the next 3 years.
This expansion comes 9 years after the German Ditsch Group selected Springdale, OH as its first operation outside their home country, and operates as its U.S. headquarters.
Ditsch USA employs 160 people and is converting an old site in Springdale, offering future employment opportunities, including production associates, maintenance technicians and line supervisors.
