Since 1998 Richard Kilner (left),an international acknowledged, enduring long-term business professional in the foreign direct investment business, has headed the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania FDI attraction programs in Europe, delivering over countless successful FDI projects and bringing over 5000 new job opportunities to the Keystone State. Richard has held various senior elected positions in all these years including being our CASE Chairman or presiding the North America Committee London Chamber of Commerce & Industry; member of the Investment Committee British American Chamber of Commerce, the European Council of Marketing and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK.

Since July 2024 is Declan Barry the point of contact for Pennsylvania for British and Irish companies, having gained for over 20 years a deep understanding of the business cultures in the US and Europe, how to establish and expand European facilities in U.S. by customized FDI assistance.
