Who we are:
The Council of American States in Europe (CASE )was established in 1971 by four co-founding members to promote FDI in the U.S.A. as it is a premiere destination for business. CASE today includes the full-time representative offices of 18 U.S. states across Europe. Collectively CASE is made up of almost 50 industry and economic development professionals ready to assist European companies with inquiries in expanding to the U.S. market.

We provide firms that are interested in establishing or expanding their business footprint in the United States with custom site selection assistance, target industry information, incentive program information, introductions to stateside Economic Development Organizations (EDOs) and referrals to key professional service providers.
